Dear Donald Trump,

Now that you are president I would like to bring to your attention a big problem in Minority College Acceptance and how we could fix this as a country. It is not fair that someone from a low class is less likely to attend college because of their income. There are so many students that are working harder, getting better scores, and grades than someone with a family who has money for college can take the students seat. That person could have been the next person to make a difference if he/she was given the chance and that is the example we should want colleges to have. If children know that they are less likely to get accepted because of money reasons then they won't try as hard in school and in today’s society you need a degree to make any kind of good money. When money becomes the main factor for college some students will get left behind. There are so many minorities who become successful and make big accomplishments. If we continue this process then minorities won’t go to college, get a good job, to make more money, and this will continue down generations. Do you see how this could hurt our country? You said you wanted to “make America great again” this could be the start to a new beginning.

He was awarded the patent, U.S. These people and so many more have accomplished so much for our country. The people that I name were all minorities that have became successful. All nationalities and races should be able to go to college and have an equal chance of becoming successful. According to the washington post, “White students increasingly are clustering at selective institutions, while blacks and Hispanics mostly are attending open-access and community colleges.” There should be more scholarships for students who has gotten a GPA of 3.5 and upper that are enduring income problems.I believe in equality and I think that since you are president elect now you should start caring too.
