Dear future president,
In my research for teens to get more sleep during the school week. I have came to a conclusion that teens need more sleep during the week. Right now teens are only getting around 7 hours of sleep, teens need at least 8 to 8.5 hours of recommended sleep. Teens actually need extra sleep than adults, adults don’t need as much sleep because there bodies are basically all developed all the way while teens are not fully developed. This is why teens to have a later start time for school so when they come to school they are fully awake instead of falling asleep in class during the morning.
