Reform, according to Google, is defined as "making changes in (something, typically a social, political, or economic institution or practice) in order to improve it." My request for you is to reform the United States political system so that Congress is able to pass a bill! If every single bill that is designed to help Americans is brought to Congress and denied, how can the nation improve?
