Gun control

Dear next president, I am writing to you about "Gun control". This problem is describe as controlling how many guns are out there in the streets. This problem is important to my country because there are a lot of people that are using a gun like if it is a toy, for example role playing like if they are police officers. A solution is that every person in the United States of America should take a training of how to use a gun, and get a certificate saying that they are ready to use a gun. Also, every "Gun Store" should have a law that if someone want to buy a gun they need a permission from the state and a back ground check.
