Dear Mr. President:

Thank you for the opportunity to write you! I am writing this letter because I have some concerns regarding immigration reform. In my ELD class we were asked to choose something that we would like changed in our country and that you as president would be able to change. I think that the president should let illegal immigrants became U.S citizens.

One reason this change is important is U.S citizens are being hurt. One reason this change is important is U.S citizens are being hurt.

Another reason this change is important is because children are being abused in other countries. Newsela states, that the refugee law protects people from other countries who are being abused. Hose people who live in fear can ask the U.S for protection.

The last reason that this change is the U.S workers are having a hard time trying to pick workers to pick their crops. Newsela tells us that, the law would make sure to get some workers from other countries so they can milk the that they have.
