Dear Mr/Ms. President:

Thank you for the opportunity to write you! California. I am writing this letter because I have some concerns regarding immigration reform In my ELD class we were asked to choose something that we would like changed in our country and that you as president would be able to change.I think that the president should let illegal immigrants become U.S citizens.

One reason this change is important U.S citizens are being hurt.According to Newsela,families are being from apart.

Another reason this change is important is because children are being abused in other countries

Newsela states,that the refugee law protect people from other countries who are being abused .Those people who live in fear can ask the US for protect.

The last reason that this change is important is important that we can’t find some people to be the farmer and the crops are turning old and roton.Also we get food and vegetable Newsela tells us that famers from the US need help so people out of the country can come and help that means

people out of the country can stay here in the US
