Same-sex marriages
Why the president should let same-sex marriages be legal.
Dear Future President,
My passionate opinion on this topic is one shared by millions of others. To declare something illegal that one has no control over is completely unfair. The president should definitely have a say in more general matters, but who someone loves is out of their control. To strongly prohibit same-sex marriage is to deny someone's right that they should have had years and years ago. We are falling back in history and we should keep people who are attracted to the same sex's rights to confirm that with marriage.
