Dear Mr. President:

Thank you for the opportunity to write you! and I am currently in the 6th grade, attending Magnolia Science Academy 8 in Bell, California. I am writing this letter because I have some concerns regarding immigration reform. In my ELD class we were asked to choose something that we would like changed in our country and that you as president would be able to change. I want I think that the president should allow illegal immigrants to stay in the US.

One reason this change is important I think that the president should allow illegal immigrants to stay in the US citizens. According to Newsela,deporting immigrants will break up families.

Another reason this change is important is because kids are getting abused in other country. Newsela states,the refugee law allows the kids to stay here and be protected as refugees.

The last reason that this change is important is Because farmers need workers to harvest their crops.Newsela tells us that,if they allow legal immigrants to stay in the US it will make it easier for the formers to harvest the crop and milk the cow.
