Murder and Drug Abuse
The murder rates and drug abuses rates need to go down.
Dear Future President,
You as the next future President need to stop murder because in 2013 many people were killed. But you should not make the law of every murderer gets the death penalty because that has raised murder rates.
“Drug use is on the rise in this country and 23.5 million Americans are addicted to alcohol and drugs. That’s approximately one in every 10 Americans over the age of 12 – roughly equal to the entire population of Texas…” (Partnership for drug-free kids) This can also cause death or possible murder, but either way, it still causes people to die and this is a problem because we need to keep our population up so we can have a strong labor and workforce as in people that work in factories and in the military. This also affects the families of the drug abusers, I know because my father smokes and drinks beer daily and per month he spends over 350 dollars on them.
