Dear Future President,

My name is Megan Pachner and I am in High School in New Jersey. Our world has many problems, but because there are so many, some may get overlooked. We have a great deal of problems that are taking place inside the United States. We should fix those issues, but there are issues outside the United States that need our help too. There are a great deal of children in human trafficking in Ghana, Africa. If we supplied some extra aid or support to the people helping the children, we might be able to rescue more children.

Human trafficking is a real problem. People think that when slavery ended it was over, but that's not the case. It is still a problem today and people need to be educated on it. Children are suffering and not getting the education they deserve. Children should never have to suffer to help support their families. Every child deserves to live their life and get an education.

With the help and support of our government, we could provide more funding to stop human trafficking. This is an issue that needs to be stopped. Children are not meant to be put to horrendous working conditions at such young ages or any age for that matter. With the help and support we can make these children’s lives better. It is going to take hard work but I feel with the right approach it could be achieved.
