Dear future president,
No one deserves to die
Imagine your heart being ripped from your chest
Imagine the air leaving your body
Imagine the blood filling your lungs
Imagine seeing a loved one in a casket with bullet holes in them
Imagine your eardrum exploding from the deafening sound
Imagine the pain from the bullet piercing through you
Imagine seeing someone dead, lifeless, bloody dying in the middle of the road
Imagine being the last face someone sees before they die
It's painful, not only does it hurt the victim, it hurts their family
My brother died because of it, because someone decided to be stupid and abuse their power.
Guns kill, they kill and they leave impressions on whole towns
Innocent children die because people decide to shoot up schools, there were 64 school shootings in 2015 alone.
No one deserves to die especially at such a young age. Everyone deserves to live as long as they possibly can
It's not up to someone else to decide when someone dies
Guns kill, you may not care and you may say there's nothing you can do but there is something. You can increase the difficulty of buying this death machine.
Just because you have the power to end a life doesn't mean you have to use and abuse that power
People are out here buying guns then selling them to other people, ex-cons are able to buy guns.
People with violent felonies are able to buy guns 

background checks should be increased, ex-cons denied, felons denied

It's not fair, i know how it feels to see a loved one in a casket i know how it feels to have the air knocked out of you,
This has to stop, it's not right, you have the authority to stop this but you're so worried about pointless unbeneficial things to actually worry about the important things. You have the authority to end all this violence, you can speak up you can pass laws you can enforce this issue yet you don't, it's happening right in front of your face, it's happening everyday, i know you see it on the news, i know you hear the gunshots being fired left and right, so stop it
Use your authority, enforce the laws, fix this, it's not that hard, this issue has been going on for so long, it's time to look into it and stop it, help make the world a better place, stop the pain stop the deaths.
My brother died two years ago but every time his birthday comes around it's the worst day of my life it's not fair that his life was ended the same day it was started, it's not fair his life ended at all, he was only 24, i cry all the time at the memory of my brother, it's not right that he was taken from our family because someone decided to end his life. The pain is real and it's just not right.
More than 30,000 people are killed by firearms each year in this country. More than 30 people are shot and murdered each day, 1/2 of them are between the ages of 18 and 35. 1/3 of them are under the age of 20. Homicide is the second leading cause of death among 15-24 year-olds, and the primary cause of death among African Americans of that age group.
Why can't we all just get along? Why don't we let things go? Why is this society so messed up? What would even make someone wanna kill someone else? It's sick it really is, I could never kill someone but everyone else is out here killing left and right...why?
I’ll tell you why, it's because they can, because you are letting them by not enforcing this issue. It's because you are making it easy for them to have the power to kill, you are letting the power go to their heads...it's because you aren't doing anything about it and i believe you should start.
