Dear Future President,                     

                         Gun control is a major issue in the US. Many deaths have been caused by deaths. The complete ban of guns would not be helpful to the US. If guns were completely illegal they would become like a drug, and the people who want them bad enough will get them. If this were to happen the innocent people who did not have a gun would be defenseless.                              

                         The right to own guns is a right to all Americans, however it should be restrictions. The background check is a major key to help prevent criminals from getting guns. Getting criminals with the possession of guns will also help in a major way. If your are not allowed on a plane you should not be allowed to own a gun. It is not an easy thing to control, but there are things we can do.

                        As you can see gun control is something we can make better without completely banning guns. We can make the process of buying guns stricter. Also, we can control who already has guns by confiscating guns of former criminals. Guns would become like drugs if they are banned. People who want them will find away to get them.
