We both know for a fact that racism and sexism are a large problem in modern society. There have been laws passed about both topics. But people have not done what they could have. You need to put a stop to this.

Women and Black people have been discriminated in the past, and this is still happening. Many people have been refused jobs (and lost them) due to this issue. Also, people have been illegally injured even killed, by law enforcement due to their race.

I suggest that you appoint people to watch out for problems like the ones I have mentioned and/or make regulation concerning these problems.
