One reason why people should listen is because the ocean is in danger because people are throwing plastic in the oceans.

1 million seabirds die from plastic. The oceans are in danger because of the trash that people throw on the oceans. For example Approximately 1 million seabirds that die from plastic. Oceans absorb around half the world’s CO2. They make the animals be alive if the ocean is clean. But animals are dying. 

32 million tons of plastic waste is generated annually, sustainable food packing methods are crucial for the planet’s health. Earth is mostly water, and amongst that water you’ll find between 700, 000 to a million different species. More than half of these have yet to be identified, named or described. The ocean cools the centre of the planet and warms the extremities, creating even heat distribution. This is exactly why Vancouver gets barely any snow and we all want to move there. We should protect all of this because the ocean is what makes our planet habitable for all life. Other reason why we should protect our oceans because Without it, neither us, or the trees would survive.
