Dear Next President,

I hope that as a society we can overcome terrorism, here's why. Terrorism has caused many deaths/injuries in the U.S. These terrorist groups feel the need to rule and have power over weaker groups of people. We need to prove to them that we are not weak and that we will fight back. I believe that we could reduce terrorism by giving more heavy and through background checks. We could also have more security and metal detector checks in busy places. A little while ago when the bomb in the Hoboken train station went off i had never been so scared for something in my life because a very close family friend of mine lives in Hoboken and takes the train to work every day. The only way that we could truly end terrorism is by standing together as a nation to put an end to it.
