Dear Future President,

The legalization of marijuana has become a big concern with recent polls showing more than half the country is in favor of legalizing marijuana. The Drug Policy Alliance wants marijuana to be regulated like tobacco and alcohol. There are five states planning to legalize marijuana soon: Arizona, California, Maine, Massachusetts, and Nevada.

Legalizing marijuana will will reduce harm against young people and colored people. It will create new jobs, and it will be one of the biggest cash crops ever. It will save us money by acquiring significant new sources of tax revenue from regulating marijuana sales. It has been proven to be safe, and it is always tested and labeled before sold.

It should be legalized in all fifty states because it will help our economy. There is a statistic that shows no one has ever died from an overdose of marijuana. Please take this message into consideration and legalize marijuana throughout the United States.
