Dear Incoming President,

It is apparent that terrorism has become a method of war as of late with the incoming powers of ISIS and the fall of Al'Quaeda. ISIS has become more than just a terrorist cell contrary to what is being told to the public. ISIS has gained the men and armory to become a paramilitary force with its own private agenda and that is becoming a problem. So I ask the next president how they plan to deal with terrorism in the U.S. and in allied foreign countries. I am not asking for American boots on the ground to combat terrorism in every country. I am asking how you will work with our allied nations to combat terrorism and make the world safer for everyone not just one nation or one people. Every people.
