Dear future President
60 students kept sleep diaries through the months of August and September. These diaries showed that adolescents lost as much as 120 minutes per night after the school year started. I believe school times should be changed or reduced because of this. Students in early morning classes reported being wearier, being less alert, and having to expend greater effort. Current high school times contribute to sleep deprivation among adolescents. So please Mr/Mrs.President, make a change to school times so we can get the right amount of sleep in order to succeed in the classroom.
