Dear next President,

The amount of police violence in America has increased at an alarming rate since the year 2000. In the year 2000 the amount of police related deaths were under 300 but in 2013 more than 600 people were killed by the police in the United States. In only 13 years over 5,000 people were killed by the police, whereas in a place like Australia after 19 years only 97 people were killed by police. In western European countries less people are killed by police in a year than american police in a day. Since 1995 only 33 people have been killed by police in the united kingdom.In Canada only 15-25 people per year are killed by police where as in America its over 300.
