Dear Next President,

My name is Jacob and I’m in the 11th grade , I go to Pleasure Ridge Park High School in Louisville, KY.

I want to address some things about what we're expecting from the new president.

The first thing is gun control , I think that if we were to make a gun age law that would be great.

There are a lot of teens and some older people getting killed because of reckless stuff. We need to make this stop now. Parents, kids, and spouses, are getting killed or put in the hospital because of this stupid stuff that’s going on in this world.  Somehow I think that we could stop all the violence in this world then there won't be any heartbroken parents and spouses.  There has been some very bad mass shootings in all states and it’s getting out of hand, there needs to be a law keeping people  under the age limit of 30 from having a gun.

They take gun classes and we can ask them if they're ready to go out in this world to defend yourself, because of what this world's come to.
