Bullying is a very common and dangerous issue in America, every single day kids are being pushed and pushed to believe that they are dumb, stupid, ugly, etc. and nobody is doing anything to help... The definition of bullying is to use superior strength or influence to intimidate (someone), typically to force him or her to do what one wants. And that's exactly what's happening.

There are many theories as to why people bully like, direct their frustrations and push them onto others, hurt, anger, difficulty at home, difficulty in the classroom, lack of friends, to feel "tough" or "cool". And each reason is different as to why people bully, but we need to prevent it.

There are many things people tried to do to prevent or help bullying. You can Stop and think before you say or do something that could hurt someone, If you feel like being mean to someone, find something else to do. You can destruct yourself and Play a game, watch TV, or talk to a friend. Talk to an adult you trust. They can help you find ways to be nicer to others.

Keep in mind that everyone is different. Not better or worse. Just different. If you think you have bullied someone in the past, apologize. Everyone feels better.

Everyone needs to put more effort into helping others and standing up. Remember to be ready for anything and you can help, one step at a time you can save something the hardships of getting bullied.
