Dear Future President of the United States:

I believe that all people should be paid equally no matter what gender or race. Currently white men are being paid a lot more then other people and this is unfair.

You should care about this topic because it is a very important and relevant topic that any president should care about. This is relevant because it is affecting how much money women can make for their children and it takes away from so many possibilities.

You can raise awareness about this topic because not everybody knows about it. You can also try to make laws that make it so that everyone get paid equally. Because right now, on average, women earn less than men in virtually every single occupation for which there is sufficient earnings data for both men and women to calculate an earnings ratio. ("The Simple Truth about the Gender Pay Gap (Spring 2016)." AAUW: Empowering Women Since 1881. N.p., n.d. Web. 15 Sept. 2016.) Women make $11,000 less per month than men, and this has to change.

We are looking for a president who is confident about what they believe in., Tthey should persevere., Tthey should be open minded., Tthey should have relevant topics., aAnd most of all, they should be safe responsible and respectful. If you were to make a law you would want to be confident about it, and if the law didn’t pass you would have to persevere to make a better law and have that one passed.

Overall this topic is very important and if the future president wants to solve this problem they would get my vote if I was old enough.
