Each year, thousands of women are dying from unsafe abortion procedures. More deaths can be prevented if women are educated on the risks and safer ways to terminate a pregnancy.

Approximately 205 million preganancies occur each year worldwide. Over a third are unintended and about a fifth end in induced abortion. Unsafe abortions cause 47,000 deaths and 5 million hospital admissions each year. However, with your help, these numbers can change.
Yes, I do feel that it is the woman's decision whether or not a child should be aborted. With this decision, however, comes a big responsibility. Women need to be informed of safer places to have this procedure done. Around 56 million abortions occur each year in the world with a little under half done unsafely. Its much easier and cheaper to go the "underground" way to terminate a pregnancy. Most women are already stressed out enough and lost after finding out about the pregnancy.
Secondly, keep abortion legal. By illegalizing abortion, women will find other unsafe ways to have the procedure done.
