Dear future president,

As you are busy improving America. I implore you to address the amount of money athletes get paid. According to Daily Herald the president gets paid about $400,000 yearly salary, and runs the our country. While our athletes just provide entertainment for people. Athletes make $13.5 millions for a signal year and that is just overpriced. Even doctors who save people's live every day don’t even make anything close to that amount. On top of that, athletes get millions of dollars worth of sponsors and that money could be used for someone who is poor. Another thing is that some athletes donate huge portion of their yearly earnings; however, most don’t. Some of these athletes have large portion of money that they don’t know what to do with, so they choose to use it in wrong ways and that is not acceptable. I think athletes should be paid less than what they are being paid right now. Also our county is in debt because it might be from paying athletes to much. Therefore, there are others occupations in the country that deserve a pay raise while athletes need a deduction.
