Dear Future President,

Child hunger is a very big problem in our country. This is a problem that we need to put an end to. Kids aren't getting the protein they need. When they don't get enough protein, their brains and bodies do not develop completely. Hunger distracts kids, so they can’t concentrate and get the most out of their education. They also don’t have enough energy to play sports, so that's not fair to the kids.

Kids are our future, and you don't want anything to get in the way of having a better country. According to the article “Child Hunger”, “About 48.8 million Americans, including 13 million kids are going starving and we are doing nothing about it.” This evidence shows that about 12.9 percent of the population is undernourished. Yes, everyone does help by giving the homeless, money, clothing, or even shelter but that doesn't help put an end to it there are still children out there starving. We need to try a little harder to stop child hunger. A solution for this problem is we can have volunteers to help with a organization that is called table. Table is a group that collects and delivers food during the weekend and summer time. Child Hunger is happening everywhere, and it's happening because children simply don't have the resources they need.
