Solving the Drug Problem

Using a needle exchange program to fix a problem. This is just my opinion on a subject I feel strongly about.

Dear Future President,

I am writing you this letter on the Needle Exchange Drug Policy. If you want people off drugs, why are you helping them get new needles? By doing that I feel that you are just encouraging them to continue doing drugs and not really stopping them. Needle Exchange can also increase the spread of diseases. I understand that you are just trying to help people, but it seems to me that you’re doing more damage, than being helpful. Please take this letter into consideration, if deciding to continue with this police or not. Thank You.
