The U.S. Economy and Jobs

adding jobs to the U.S. economy should turn everything around, trump says he is going to add 25 million jobs to strengthen the economy.

Dear Mr.Trump,

Although I don't have a personal connection to having a job myself or even looking into how the economy works at the moment. The only connection that I have is my parents have jobs and only one of my parents have a job. Hopefully with the addition of these jobs it should turn around the economy and many people will have a better income, plus it should lower the amount of food stamps used during the next decade.

According to the New York Time The unemployment rate had been stuck at 4.9 percent since the spring, move slightly to 5 percent. This shows that people amount of people who are unemployed is very high and the number of unemployment has gone up since the spring. Hopefully this unemployment rate will decrease when more jobs are added to this economy. But according to donaldjtrump.com Donald Trump plans to add 25 million jobs in the next decade which should decrease the unemployment rate. Adding jobs is a great thing, Adding jobs to the economy is like adding a small loan of a million dollars that you got from your father into your bank account. Say the economy is a bank account that you run and the more jobs you add to that bank account should increase the total in your account and in this case it will increase the amount of production from the jobs that are added to the economy. Also, you are the father giving a small loan of a million dollars to his son, which in these terms is the president adding jobs to the economy.

Now going to the amount of food stamps used in the past years that Obama was president, the total amount of participants that used food stamps under Obama was 4.5 million people. But I can connect to this topic because my family goes through these problems since only one of my parents has a job and the other parent has been on disability for the past four years, so hopefully you Mr. President will keep the food stamps since that is what my family relies on. also , in other terms with the addition of these jobs should decrease the total amount of people participating in the food stamp program.

In conclusion, adding jobs to the economy is a great idea but there are some problems in this plan such as where are the jobs going to added, how are they going to be added to the economy. Also, with the addition of these jobs should decrease the total amount of participants in the food stamps program.                                                                                                                                                             Sincerely,                                                                                                                                                              Ryan Stange
