Dear Mr. President,

Some people believe that guns should be illegal in the United States. In my opinion, people should have the right to purchase and own a gun. By allowing people to purchase a gun, it will give them the power to protect their family and exercising their right to the Second Amendment.

Owning a gun will give people the protection their families deserve. Intrusions happen every day and people should be able to have the right to protect themselves and their families from danger. Our country is having problems with guns at the moment, I still think that we should be able to have our right to own a weapon for protection.

In conclusion, I believe that we have the right to bear arms. I think that we should regulate and have background checks for the people who buy a gun to make sure a weapon falls into the wrong hands.
