The 2025 Emissions Goal

Despite the best efforts and relative success of President Barack Obama in decreasing emissions, in recent years U.S. greenhouse gas emissions have been higher than those in 2009 when he took office. However, due to President Obama’s efforts, U.S. emissions are far lower than they would have been otherwise. Because of Obama’s work, the U.S. stands as a leader in the global effort to fight climate change with a clear goal for moving in to the future. Obama’s aspiration to decrease the emissions by 26-28% of 2005 levels by the year 2025 is still within reach, but not without your support.

Since 2005 (As of 2014):

How will you help us reach our goal?
