Women Getting Paid Less Than Men
My opinion on women getting less money then men for the same job.
Dear Future President,
To this day, women working the same jobs as men. But they still are getting paid less. My mom working with her co-workers, working the same amount as them. But still get a paid less money, then add my sister's medical expenses, bills, house repairs, gas, food, and taking care of my sister, myself, our dog, and herself also.
Research has shown over 20,000 people in different countries and industries. "In 2015, female full-time workers made only 80 cents for every dollar earned by men, a gender wage gap of 20 percent." Quote from Institute For Women's Policy Research. Here is a chart from male to female salaries.
This needs to be change, depending on your gender how much money you get is unfair for those women who work their butts off, just barely having enough money to get food and getting from work to home. Women should be paid the same as men it shouldn't matter if you are male or female on how much money you make.
