Mandatory Vaccinations

American people and their right to freedom

Dear Next President :

Potentially deadly vaccinations should not be forced on parents in the USA. How can this be occurring in the “land of the free”? We used to be a country of freedom and choices but now there are laws being made that are forcing us to get our children vaccinated. In addition, we cannot sue the people or doctors who give these vaccinations because those lawsuits are now illegal in the USA. We should not be forcing civilians to get vaccinations they don’t approve of because some are dangerous, and doing this without consent is against the Constitution.

The USA used to be known to be a land of freedom. Now our freedom is being taken away. Like said in "Parents Deserve to Have a Choice About Vaccinations," “...in America we believe parents are capable of making their own decisions about their children’s health. We believe in freedom of choice.” These mandatory vaccinations go against the First Amendment, which gives the people of America the freedom of choice. America is supposed to be about freedom and our people’s decisions.

Some of these vaccinations that states are making laws can actually be pretty dangerous. In other words, some vaccinations do more harm than good. In South Africa some of these dangerous vaccinations were tested on pregnant women. About two days to two weeks after giving birth, most of the babies had ended up dead. That same vaccination is now mandatory in California.

A lot of the American people are angry that our rights are being taken away, and we have a right to our freedom of choice. The Constitution used to prevent these laws from happening. What purpose is the Constitution when now we’re making laws against it anyway? Now we’re being forced to give our children these mandatory vaccinations, and the American people are not happy about this.

Sincerely, Maleah
