Equal Pay

2 November, 2016 Billings, MT Dear Mr. or Mrs. president Equal pay rights are an issue in America. I believe this is an issue that needs to be addressed. Everyone should be treated equally regardless of gender and/or race. I would like to address the issue of unfair payment because of gender. I think women are not getting paid the same amount of money as men to do the same job. This is an issue that needs to be handled. This is unfair to women who work just as hard as men while doing the same job and as we say in the Pledge of Allegiance, there should be “liberty and justice for all”. That includes women. We could solve this by making companies pay women and treat them equally. This should be an easy thing to solve and really shouldn't be an issue. Women need to be treated like everyone else.
