Foreign Affairs With Russia

Dear future President, I would like to address taxpayer spending and how our money will be spent. I do not condone distributing the majority of taxpayer money to the military because I believe this is counter productive. I would much prefer the money to be used in a way that is beneficial to society. For example, spending more on public education and healthcare. Sincerely, Luka Cado
