Dear Future President,
Do you ever wake up for school and just wish you had an extra half an hour or more of sleep? Well, that’s why I think school should start later on in the day to give kids and teens extra sleep in order to make their day successful. Waking up too early can effect ones health, how they work throughout the day, and more importantly their grades.
In order for one to work well during the day, they need the right amount of sleep from the night before. The average person must get at least 8 to 9 hours of sleep each night, and without this teenagers can feel uneasy or really tired during the day which can affect their grades or how they feel during or after school.
