Dear Future President: 

 I  am concerned about the condition people are keeping their pets in. This is not something that should be ignored because you don’t have time or think it’s not a big deal. Animals are just as important as people so unless you don’t value people ;then,  you should at least try to do something about it.  

This has been a problem for a while now and I think as the president you should think of a way to assess the situation as best as you can. Animals shouldn’t even be in homes.  They shouldn’t have to rely on people for food and allowed to move around a backyard.  They shouldn’t get fixed if they get hostile because hostility is just showing that they don’t want to be there.
