My name is Brianna and I am 15 years old and sophomore and from Boston. The topic  of immigration affects my community because there are immigrants all over and the whole point of those people going to a new country is to live permanently because of better job opportunities and in general a better life. In my opinion, I feel like immigration policies could and should be handled differently. 

 I think that policies should be more strict because there's also times when immigrants come into the country to do dangerous things that affects the community their surrounded by. This topic should be important to the next president to focus on because as more and more immigrants come to this country their rights should be somewhat equal to the citizens of the U.S. but we should also be aware of the negative thing as well.
