Struggle of being a student in 2016
To fix education for the greater good of our country. Kids need better education.
Dear Future President,
I am writing you today because education needs to change. Education is at its worst in helping kids learn it needs to change so kids can learn and schools don't have enough money to change their education styles. I am a student myself so I know what education is like now a days. Education changing is important because if we change how kids learn now our future of this country will be great. There are many schools where students learn fine but we need to have all schools have students learning.
Education is at its worst. It does not help kids earn. Kids will be able to learn better if education changes. Education does not work now because itβs so challenging kids don't want to be educated it's not working for me because it's so hard. Anyone should care about this if they care about the future of our country. "With some exciting exceptions, public schools are one of the few institutions in modern life that have not seen radical changes spurred by technology," (https://www.fastcompany.com/3043387/sector-forecasting/5-big-ways-education-will-change-by-2020). This shows that education has not changed at all ad it needs to change.
Schools do not have enough money for education to get better. We should care because education is one of the most important things in life and we need to fund it. β Since states are responsible for 44 percent of total education funding in the U.S., these dismal numbers mean a continued crack down on school budgets despite an improving economy.β(http://blogs.edweek.org/edweek/education_futures/2015/08/10_reasons_the_us_education_system_is_failing.html). This quote matters because education funding is very low.
So education needs to get better so kids will learn better for our future. I believe the president can help by giving money to schools and funding new education. He can also maybe pass laws about education.
So this shows that education needs to change for the greater good of the kids of our future. Schools should no longer be poor.
