Transgender Bathroom Policies
I support transgender bathroom policies.

Dear next President,
How do you know which bathroom a transgender person should use? Im speaking on Transgender laws and discriminations, especially bathroom use. Many people feel confused or think the natural gender should be the bathroom to go in. But, to resolve all the confusion I think all states should make it legal for an all gender bathroom that way no one is uncomfortable.
There are over 1.4 million transgender people which makes up 0.6% of the population. “Over 63% of them are discriminated against”, says the Freedom For All Americans Education Fund. Everyone wrongly judges the situation and never thinks about the positives of it. All they want or need is one thing they can have for them where people won’t judge them. People of the LGBTQ community are always set apart from other people but in this case a different bathroom would make things better for everyone. This also puts people’s lives in danger. You never know what could happen If someone who doesn’t like the transgender community could do if they’re in the same bathroom at the same time.
Some existing solutions are,”OSHA has issued guidance to employers on best practices regarding restroom access to transgender workers”, says the Human Rights Campaign. In addition to all states having all gender bathrooms they also need to enforce the rules in the workplace and businesses. All i’m really trying to say is that transgender bathroom policies should be legal but also a law and enforced into all states. This way the situation could be handled and no one would be in harm or uncomfortable using the bathroom.
Sincerely,
Tierra Pate
