Immigrants Need more Rights

Immigrants' lives matter too. Immigrants are people too.

Dear Future President,

I am writing from Watsonville, California. Immigration is a big problem. Many families come to America to have a better life, to give their children a better life. Most of the immigrants leave their families back in Mexico so that they can come here. Others don’t see their families anymore.

According to the website “http://www.pewresearch.org/fact-tank/2016/08/31/u-s-immigrant-deportations-declined-in-2014-but-remain-near-record-high/”. “A total 2.4 million were deported under the administration from fiscal 2009 to 2014, including a record 435,000 in 2013, according to a Pew Research Center analysis of the data.”This can resolve to violence. It can also resolve to people being migrated back to Mexico by force. That also means that people that separated from their families. Immigration is a problem can get people killed and get them separated from their families.

An expert opinion such as Abel Valenzuela on the website“http://newsroom.ucla.edu/ucla-faculty-experts-immigration”. His section said that he had studied different group to see how they competed for a low wedge and a low skill job. This means that people would do anything to get money and do whatever it takes. Immigrants will get any job that they can to provide food for their families. It harder for immigrants because they're limited to so much.

Respectfully yours,

Brenda
