Woman's Rights

How woman need to get paid the same and how we also need to be treated the same as men.

October 19, 2016

Dear President,

As a women I notice that we are being treated differently and getting paid less, than men. As I know that there are other things that need improving, this seems to be one of the big issues, but only to woman. I aspire you to take a few minutes or hours just to look at this issue. Many more women are noticing this, and want to do something about it but they do not know what to do. For women who are implementing the same job as men want the same amount on their next paycheck.

It is much harder for women to support for their families if we are getting paid less. It is unfair that we are getting paid less and treated differently than men. While we are being treated differently we get in worse moods, and when we are being treated differently they might not think we will notice if we get paid less.

This is a problem everywhere and we need to start changing it in the U.S. While some women may not notice or care a lot do. For single mothers it is harder and we have more struggles and can’t get our kids pencils for school. Most are only able to give them food and water and one pair of clothes. Men may be happy because a lot of men like doing all the work, but women are not happy because we can do the same things as men, sometimes even better. We do not have as many opportunities as men do, because of how we are treated and how we get paid.

I believe that this is happening because of biased men. Those kinds of men have talked to me before about sexiest things and it makes me and many other women mad. We should be treated the same as men and not have to know that men are getting paid more and treated better. Thank for taking the time and reading my paper.
