Dear Future President,

There are many things wrong with our country that you will need to fix in the coming years, but one of the biggest thing that needs to be fixed is the corruption in Washington D.C. Corruption has plagued our nation for over a hundred years and needs to stop now before it gets worse. This corruption favors power over guiltiness. Throughout this letter I will explain to you why corruption needs to stop.

Many presidents have done something wrong during their presidency and it is courrupt if they are not punished. This shows that our government release the powerful people to do other shady activities. It is getting more and more obvious and I think it is time to stop this before the U.S. becomes the most corrupt country in world.

U.S. citizens don't want politicians in Washington getting a favor to have them released from their trial. We have seen this many times throughout history and it is time to stop. Earlier this year a candidate for president who was secretary of state had a public server instead of a private server and was released from her trial because of her power within the U.S. government.

Politicians also take bribes from foreign countries and do favors for them and the country bribing them is a middle eastern country that we have bad relations. This shows how corrupt the government is right now the U.S. will do favors for any country that will give them money. America has to stop taking in bribes so we can do what is right and negotiate with other countries and not do favors.

In conclusion I think it is time to stop the corruption and so we can advance into a better future.The american citizens are getting sick of hearing politicians getting away with and doing shady business. All in all we have a past of bad corruption and it is time to stop and hopefully after you read this letter you will focus on this during you presidency and to make America great again.
