Dear Next President,
Hello my name is Jossalyn and I here to tell you about a big problem in the united states, homelessness has been a problem since the 1640s. I believe that homelessness is a huge problem and I am going to tell you about it and maybe you can help.
According to End Homelessness studies show that 564,708 people in the U.S. are homeless, and 47,700 people who are homeless are veterans. People that risked their life to save ours is left without a home, that's not right. The main reason people experience homelessness is because they cannot find housing they can afford.
Now as you know you are living under a huge mansion as we speak and as you are living under this beautiful roof thousands of people have no money, food or a house. Doesn't that make you want to help I know that's how I feel. Huffington Post states that over 138,000 people that are homeless are children under the age of 18
Here are some ways you can help
1. Ask to have homelessness information put on the news
2. Start a fundraiser
3. Build more homeless shelters
