Police Brutality

I am writing this letter because this has always been an issue and it needs to be stopped.

Dear Future President,

My name is Stormy Adams and I hope you are not Trump.

The issue I want to talk about is police brutality in my community because this issue is becoming worse.

Two years ago I saw an African American man was chasing a goose at lake Merritt and someone called the cops. Ten cop cars came and tazed the man 5 times and he needed an ambulance,he couldn't get up.

I want every police officer to have a camera on their vests and their cars
