We should have more strict background checks and regulations due to all the shootings.
Dear Future President,
There were more than 350 mass shootings last year, and because of this we should be having more strict background checks and regulations due to all the shootings.
Because of all the shootings, I think we should have it where if you're on the “no fly list” you shouldn’t be able to purchase a firearm. Although they have already voted on it and didn’t approve, I think we should re-vote on that.
Another thing is that around 95 guns are sold to every 100 people. If you ask me that's a lot. So I think we should have more background checks to see if the people with firearms should actually have them.
In conclusion, I think we should have more strict background checks, and if people are on the "no fly list," they shouldn’t be allowed. Remember, I am the next generation of voters.
